Our ceramics are printed, painted and glazed by hand in Swabia. The color can be a bit lighter or darker, different shades can appear on the surface and the print of the dachshund/motif is not sharp-edged, even and the same over the entire surface. Beautiful handmade unique pieces are created, no piece is like the other.

Wir möchten, dass du (oder die Person, die du beschenkst) lange Freude an unseren Produkten hast. Deshalb gilt für alle regulären Keramikprodukte unsere freiwillige 6-Monate-Schussel-Garantie auf Keramik aus unserer Herstellung:

• Was ist abgedeckt?
  Sollte dein Keramikartikel innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Kauf durch ein Missgeschick (z. B. Bruch oder Absplitterung) beschädigt werden, erhältst du Ersatz mit 50 % Rabatt.

• Wie funktioniert’s?
  Schicke uns einfach ein Foto des beschädigten Artikels und deine Bestellnummer an wuff@almaundgustl.de. Falls es sich um ein Geschenk handelt, genügt der Name oder die E-Mail-Adresse des ursprünglichen Bestellers, damit wir die Bestellung zuordnen können.

• Wer darf die Garantie nutzen?
  Die Garantie gilt sowohl für den Käufer als auch für Beschenkte. Wenn du ein Produkt verschenkt hast, darf der Empfänger die Garantie also genauso in Anspruch nehmen.

• Was ist ausgeschlossen?

  • Limited Editions (z. B. saisonale Sonderkollektionen)

  • Auslaufmodelle die wir nicht mehr im Shop führen

  • Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung (z. B. Backofen, Mikrowelle)

  • Normale Gebrauchsspuren (z. B. Verfärbte Stellränder oder kleine Haarrisse in der Glasur)

• Lieferzeit Ersatzartikel
  Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann die Nachlieferung bis zu 6 Wochen dauern, falls die Bestellung ungünstig im Produktionszyklus liegt
  
  Die Schusselgarantie gilt für alle ab dem 01.09.2025 gekauften Keramikprodukte.

Our ceramics are cast, removed from the mold by hand, and then reworked. After the first firing, we glaze (paint & print) them by hand here in Swabia. Then they go back into the kiln and perhaps soon they'll be on their way to you!

// Dishwasher & Cleaning
Our ceramics are dishwasher safe. However, they should be well-supported and not shaken or banged against the rack during the wash cycle. They should also not be left standing in steam for too long afterward to allow them to dry properly and quickly. When washing by hand, do not use abrasive cleaners. It is best to clean with a soft sponge. Do not soak in water. Otherwise, the ceramics may absorb water in unglazed areas, causing cracks in the glaze or even cracking.

// Microwave & Oven
Our ceramics are not suitable for microwave or oven use. Generally, avoid exposing the ceramics to unusually high temperature fluctuations, as this could cause hairline cracks in the glaze.

// Miscellaneous
Ceramic is only partially shock-resistant. Simply handle it gently. Any scuffs from metal (cutlery) can be cleaned with special ceramic cleaners. Minor hairline cracks in the glaze are purely cosmetic and not grounds for complaint. The ceramic can continue to be used as usual.

Personalized products such as the dog affirmation mug are excluded from returns.
