We ship throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and some EU countries with DHL GoGreen.
Shipping Germany:
Our flat-rate shipping fee for Germany-wide shipping is € 5.90. Free shipping for orders begins at a a purchase value of € 80 in Germany.

Shipping Austria and EU:
For shipping to Austria and other EU countries, we charge a shipping fee of € 9.
Delivery time: Ready for dispatch in 24 hours, in 2 – 6 working days* with you.
Shipping Switzerland:
We ship to Switzerland with DHL for a shipping fee of € 19.
Delivery time: Ready for dispatch in 24 hours, in 4 – 8 working days* with you.
When shipping to non-EU countries, the recipient may incur fees (customs). Customs duties are not included in the shipping cost. Additional fees are not covered by us and must be paid by the buyer. Please inform yourself at the responsible customs authority in your country. For example, customs fees are incurred per package and not per order. Larger orders may have multiple packages due to shipping weight restrictions.
Delivery damage:
We ask you to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. We only ship intact goods, any breakage or similar that occurs during shipping must be reported to DHL within 7 days, otherwise we can no longer reimburse defective goods. The original box and packing material must be retained for a successful report and refund.
Delay of acceptance:
For consignments that are not accepted by the buyer or are not picked up from the branch, post box, etc. and are returned to us for this reason, there are two options:
1. We will resend the goods. A flat-rate shipping fee applies again (Germany €5, Austria €9, Switzerland €19, etc.). The re-dispatch takes place after payment of these costs.
2. We cancel the order for a fee of €5 (costs incurred by us as a result of the delay in acceptance). The refund will also be made minus the costs for the outward shipping.
A refusal to accept or failure to collect after notification does not constitute a revocation.
* Unfortunately, we cannot give a 100% guarantee. Any delays due to force majeure, staff shortages or problems with the shipping service provider or delivery may occur.
