You can arrange a return within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
1. Condition of packaging and goods
In order to avoid transport damage, it is essential to pack the items in the original or at least similarly well. The products should in any case be unused and free of any signs of use. Signs of use are scratches, dirt, human or animal hair and food residues. Broken or used goods must be disposed of and cannot be refunded.
2. Return slip
Please download the return slip here and fill it out and enclose it in the package. Otherwise we cannot allocate the goods later.
3. Franking and addressing
Please frank and address the return yourself. Please note that returns cannot be sent back freight collect, otherwise the DHL penalty fee of €15 will be passed on to you. We recommend an insured return with a tracking number to guarantee the verifiable arrival of the shipment.

4. Refund
After receipt and a positive check of the return, we will make refunds promptly (usually 10 working days). The reimbursement amount is made up of the value of the goods plus costs for the outward shipping if the entire order is returned. If only part of the original order is returned, only the value of the goods will be refunded.
